This scarf was hand painted with acid dyes by me, my first trip down that particular rabbit hole.
The warp is a couple of skeins of rescued undyed super soft wool and the weft is a lace weight merino wool yarn with a touch of stainless steel to give it a wee bit of sparkle. The colours were inspired by the beach at sunset where the setting sun really pops. It’s woven mostly in plain weave with a pattern at each end to remind you of the sea. If you are looking for one of a kind then this definitely ticks that particular box.

I recommend a gentle hand wash in warm water and dry outside
