OUR CLEANING POLICIES
The Five Turrets remained open during the Covid-19 lockdown to provide free accommodation for staff from NHS Borders.
During that time, we were able to refine our cleaning procedures and our guests, tested regularly, remained free of the virus. Click here for full details of our cleaning policies.
HELPING EACH OTHER
We pay particular attention to high contact surfaces during the cleaning process but some decisions we leave up to our guests. We don't sanitise all 600 books, for example. To see an overview of what has received additional cleaning, click here.
To help us meet our responsibilities for the welfare of staff, we'd appreciate it if guests would strip the beds and place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided. Leaving the last dishwasher load in the machine also helps us to know what has been recently used. Thank you.
